Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Guest List. We work to process and ship your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within
1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During sales, holidays, special releases, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Guest List is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Guest List is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within
3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country. Guest List is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
